VISITOR PACKETS

A visitor packet is useful for welcoming and engaging new guests to your church. It can help you communicate your vision, values, and ministries, as well as provide practical information and next steps for getting involved. A visitor packet can also show your appreciation and care for your guests, and encourage them to come back and connect with your church community. Here are some reasons why you should use a visitor packet for your church:

  • It creates a positive first impression. A well-designed and informative visitor packet can show your guests that you are prepared and eager to receive them. It can also demonstrate your professionalism and credibility as a church.
  • It communicates your identity and purpose. A visitor packet can help you share your church's mission, vision, and core beliefs with your guests. It can also highlight your church's history, culture, and values, and how they shape your worship and service.
  • It showcases your ministries and opportunities. A visitor packet can introduce your guests to the various ministries and programs that your church offers, such as children's ministry, youth ministry, small groups, outreach, etc. It can also inform them of the upcoming events and activities that they can join or attend.
  • It provides helpful information and resources. A visitor packet can include important details such as service times, location, contact information, website, social media, etc. It can also offer helpful resources such as a map of the church campus, a welcome letter from the pastor, a prayer card, a gift card, etc.
  • It invites further connection and follow-up. A visitor packet can encourage your guests to take the next steps in their journey with your church. It can invite them to fill out a connection card, join a new members class, sign up for a newsletter, request a visit from the pastor, etc. It can also express your gratitude and interest in staying in touch with them.

We recommend using our quality, glued packet that measures 6 x 9 inches after it is folded. The bottom of the packet (the large blue area in the image above) folds up and forms either one or two inside pockets. The pockets can also have slits that will hold either a business card or a CD if you desire.
